I strive to be reliable, transparent, and honest in all my interactions, and foster an environment where others feel safe to share ideas and take risks. Technology and the world evolve rapidly. Whether it is stepping into new leadership roles, or staying up-to-date in the ever changing AI era, I stay curious, ask questions, and invest time in understanding both new tools and fundamental principles.
Ownership
I subscribe to the "total accountablity" mindset. My grandfather, a 30 year Navy vet and nuclear submarine captain, often said to me: "you can delegate authority, but not responsibility". This means taking full ownership of my work, the outcomes of my teams (good or bad), and seeing projects through from inception to completion.
